40 minutes of waiting and I still haven't got to speak with someone capable. I couldn't imagine that a modern bank can have such horrible customer experience.
On May 6th I applied for a qualified consumer friendly home loan and it is ridiculous what this bank account does! First of all, I didn't manage to meet the 15 working day review period and after concluding the contract I have been waiting for more than 8 working days for the disbursement (maximum 2 working days for disbursement). Even 1 star is a lot!
