Service is null. I went into the Bank, a no one was there, no security, no cib employee. I had to wait 10 minutes, until someone came. Then I become the message: "Now its not possible, come back in one week". A biiiig joke this Cib.

Extremely long waiting times. Staff disappears for half an hour at a time leaving clients in limbo.

I had to take the kpt marked 1 day in advance. I finished 10 minutes. It is sad that I can bring my own money in such a drag.

Fear is slow !!!!! More than an hour of waiting, even with just a few people in line. We should increase the number of employees! This is pathetic //// Super slow !!!!!!!!!! Have a wait an hour even just a few people front of you. Terrible service!
