Corvin Apartment Budapest

Booked the room at 5PM, was arriving at 6PM. Booking.com confirmed the booking. Only AFTER the confirmation I received info that check-in is before 6PM. I expected to arrive around 6PM, depending on a traffic. I called the hotel to make sure everything is alright and I can check in. A lady on the other side said "There were no guests in the hotel, so I am not there. You can not check in, book something else." me: "But i have paid for this booking" She: "Hm.. i don't know what to say. I may call my colleague to ask if he would be willing to come to meet you, but actually we do not work after 6PM." (A hotel!) Me: " I will be at the door at 5:55" She: "I will call you back" She never did. I arrived at 5:50. Called this phone number and the doorbell. After 5 min the phone was offline and nobody opened me the door. This was THE WORST experience in my well-travelled life. I do not recommend the hotel

Customer should not be the one responsible for technical issues the system has. If you offer the price, keep it, don ask me for additional work, but do it your self. My time also costs money.

I had a lovely apartment at a fantastic host. They were very nice, friendly in a professional manner. Can' complain at all. Next time will choose them again. :)

I am staying with Corvin apartment for more than 17 Days now and i must say this is the best place if you really wanna enjoy Budapest. I would like to highlight few things for which I will recommend this apartment - Very friendly and supportive staff (Sales team and Reservation team both) - Spacious room,I am enjoying stay with Studio apartment.I find it comfortable for me - Cleanliness of room - Good amenities provided - Market place - Location - Best commute - Good Crowd

Love the location of the apartment (near the parking lot and near the Lidl) and great as a starting point to walk the city. Really friendly and helpful host. I will definitely going to stay here every time in Budapest
