great company, fast delivery, excellent service
Great supplier of gastrotechnical wares
I did not receive my order (machine cleaner) even after 1 month. I called several times and always only got a promise of later and later delivery.
We bought a 2-mine fryer and started to peel off the plastic cover from the plastic cover 2 weeks later we started to get the oil vapor back we got the same new one but in a short time we got it back after a big fight saying that they contact the manufacturer and look for it the next day. After 4 days we still have no information and the replacement machine is no longer working!
I find it outrageous that they afford it and that they put us in a very uncomfortable position in the hospitality unit and needless to say how much revenue loss !!!! I do not recommend it to anyone! I really hope you get the product back soon and not try another one!
I don't understand how such a company can survive. They do nothing after ordering online, nor are they able to send a solicitation. If you inquire by phone about your order, they will still be ranked higher, saying they only received the order a few days ago. The customer service has no idea what products are being sold.
