Good shop with all tefal products. Staff does not speak English. Does not support document for tax claim at airport.
The business itself is fine, service is right, especially with products.
It is not worth buying a Tefal pan, because compared to how expensive it is, the coating has been stripped off after less than a year. The seller said that Tefal had already switched to another substance because Teflon was proven to be carcinogenic. This is strange because other brands of Teflon-coated products are still available today. Either way, it is not normal that this "new coating is incredibly superb, just the Tefal product" is about to be released. And the pan was used as intended and was only washed by hand, and we didn't use any metal tools on it. Although obviously we can't prove this because there was no camera attached.
