The online service ordered within two days blindfolded. The clerks and mechanics were also helpful. The service is a bit expensive I think, but so far it works reliably. All in all I am satisfied.

We've put in 140/10 megawatts of cable internet for 2 weeks, since we've been grasping that at least guaranteed bandwidth is available, there is no internet or anywhere in the world, no dialup service, no phone call, no customer information about what the internal problem is they only write a worksheet if they do not ask for anything to do. When leaving, tell colleagues what's inside the system. (Which is a joke, because they are not the ones to explain.) When no one is using the Internet (at dawn), the internet is perfect, and 4 to 10 mega in the evening. It's terrible and disappointing.

Very, very slow, cumbersome administration. I couldn't wait.
