This hotel is perfectly located at the one of the main streets, 2 minutes walk from bus and metro station. Staff is English speaking and very helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are nice and clean. Really the only downside was the room air conditioning barely blowing which can be a bit frustrating with outside temperatures above 30 degrees. All in all good and decent place to stay in Budapest.

Comfy room at an affordable rate. The staff were friendly. I like how the hotel was PacMan themed, I thought that is unique and cool. It is alright as it is close to a Lidl and public transport. Having said that, I didn’t really fancy the location. There seem to be a lot of homeless people around and a rather nasty smell on the nearby streets. I feel like there are better areas to stay in while in Budapest. There were no coffee making facilities in the room so I had to buy my own. Also, the 2 English news channel on the TV didn’t work... the music channel was alright I suppose. And the place is a bit dimly lit, it can do with some brighter light bulbs.

Stayed at this fun hotel and really enjoyed my stay. My room was big and clean and the hotel is in a central location and close to attractions nearby. The staff were very helpful when I needed something. Good value for money I would stay again.

It was a good location in Budapest, a walking distance from Cafe New York, hailed as the most beautiful cafe in the world. It is also value for money for our 3 days in Budapest. It's small and beautiful! Also like the breakfast place, impressed with the wall decor, stylish, witty and elegant. Also that map of Budapest, showing the few bridges we have crossed for our city tour. All these little details add up and make it a great place for dining!

We stayed 6 days at the hotel the staff was very frendly and kind. Brekfast was very good and also the service. The rooms are not big but we knew it in advance and was sutible for us, there is a M2 red BLAHA metro station and also tram and buses stations few meters from the hotel. After we left the hotel we discoverd that my wife hand gold bracelet is missing, luckly the hotel stuff found it after searching our room and we are very greatefull to the hotel.
