One blone short-haired old woman is extremely impatient, very rude attitude at customer, can't speak english she SHOULD BE FIRED! I want to give minus 5 star just for this woman!

It's true I always found a long waiting queue and not all the staff speaks English, however they have been able to help me and get things done (I can't say the same about the smaller branch near my flat). So would go back when in need.

The staff cannot speak English. When I was sending the post cards, she spoke Hungarian to me and stick the stamp on the contents of the postcard. Though I tried to stop her and put the stamp at somewhere else, she insists it needs to be on the upper right and shouted at me in Hungarian. Ridiculously rude staff.

The usual wait time is quite long, around 15-20 minutes.
