I really hope that your company will finally go bankrupt, with all your under-performing website (denied 3 different cards and -holders, to buy a ticket - seriously???). Not to mention, that for every small thing you have to call the customer support - which charges over 1 Euro per minute (with waiting time etc., you might pay the cost of a short flight ticket...). Please, go away and let other companies (who deserve to provide real services to people) stay. Please... Please... Please... Please... P.S. 35 Euro change ticket date FEE, for a ticket that costs 22 Euros. PLEASE SHUT DOWN YOU BUSINESS. Much appreciated! Love you, if you do that.

This took place back in June this year but now after Wizzair closed my case I will write about my experience with them. It boils down to this: If everything works Wizzair is fine and what you can expect from a low cost airline. Flights are ok, baggage is charged (heavily) extra. Well, we know it. The trouble begins when you are in trouble :) Or something out of the ordinary happens. We had a flight from Berlin to Kiev with return flight of course. While there in Ukraine we bought a ticket for a family member to come with us to DE. Everything went well, no warnings or disclaimers on the Wizzair website. Also the checkin via website was fine (they ask for the type of passport/Visa you have). At the airport in Kiev when we dropped our baggage boarding was denied for the one we bought the ticket for. Reason according to Wizzair: Germany would not allow tourists to enter due to current COVD19 regulations. Staff even handed out a document where they confirmed the denied boarding. Other people was affected as well, there was a crowd with huge baggage and everything who was surprised as we were when hearing this. No way to get our relative on board and we flew alone. Needless to say that in Germany no one bothered whether you came as tourist or not. Back in DE we of course contacted Wizzair customer support, requesting a refund for the issued ticket. Customer support denied this and replied with standard texts that such is not possible. Also, they did not even care about the form we had from their own staff. Even more, there was no official restriction from Germany or the EU that touristic travel was forbidden which means that Wizzair was making this up and deliberately sold tickets to people only to deny them boarding later on. Where I come from this is called cheating and is a criminal act.

Unacceptable legroom! WizzAir offers a seat pitch of only 71cm. This is completely disrespectful to the customer.

It is the first airline where i need to pay 40 Eur in customer service calls to get a simple cancelation bill to use it to my insurance company....You are the worst airline I have ever been booking on. Your website is a mess....and the lies you putbpay 20 eur per flight ends to be 100 eur after all add ons...You deserve a minus 1 and also your stocks ahould go 40% under

Everday i send emails to get my valid refunds which are pending for 6 months and they never reply one of the refunds related to transferring money without writing confirmation code in comment and the other one related to covid..!!! Why you escape and when reply you say your case is pending...
