It is below criticism. I went there for Ltp administration. They don't understand it. With the help of a telephone, the lady brought it together with great difficulty. I went in to an clerk six times and never got there. Ltp serial number is not called. I tried to ask for an appointment, it can't be. Finally, at the telephone customer service, they were able to enter an appointment for the I am not a customer menu item, for complaint handling. The assessment is 85 days. The allocation is in principle 30 days but there may be more. But he could not say exactly. He told me to call the central number. I called that but, they never picked me up. Except for complaint handling. They promised to call me back. That didn't happen either. The head of the bank tried to "help" to my indignation, in an instructive tone. This branch is under criticism! Ignorant, knowledgeable people "work" here, misinform them, and haven't even heard of basic things, banking terms! It's all outrageous! When I got in, 5 employees were sitting at his desk, there were 5-6 waiting customers inside, but none of them were dealing with anyone! This is how it goes here for years !!! Evaluated inconceivable!
