I turned to them at the last minute, moving in the morning. They were very helpful, drawing my attention specifically to the flaws in the van. After I brought it, the central lock didn't work and I couldn't lock the cargo area. I called them right away, they were very decent, they offered to bring me a replacement car. I didn’t take this, I just signaled the problem. At the end of the trip, everything went smoothly, I got my deposit back, they were very decent even then. I can only recommend!
