I haven't been around since the staff changed. The staff did not say hello. Their kindness also leaves something to be desired. I don't think it's worth more than one star. 😕😕

I jumped in for a drop of eyes. Unfortunately, with my eyes in tears, I did not scan the left corner of the door, but went straight to the place designated for waiting, so I did not notice the vending machine. When I was in line I was told I couldn’t buy without a serial number. So I should have waited for the 5 people after me in another 10 minutes? Why isn’t there an alert, for example, in the designated area to wait for a serial number to be drawn? What is the purpose of the serial number puller, to annoy customers?
