The original idea is good, but the tools are already a bit worn out. It is a pity that there is no - at least a drawing - suggestion for their use. Perhaps in the absence of this many do not use them for their intended purpose. A special problem, I think, is that in the summer there is not a drop of shadow, and on a blazing day, on the verge of a stroke, it is not very healthy to train.

..there are several outdoor activities in the area, but even then it is the best, even though it is the furthest ... don't worry about cycling
