I dropped two coats. After 1 week I went for them, brought them, unpacked them, and then noticed that the handkerchief forgotten in my pocket was intact, the sweat stain and smell on one of them remained, and they didn't have the cleaning agent, but the smell of my own closet, they weren't cleaned. I took them back, of course the employee insisted on claiming that they had been peeled off and I was lucky enough to learn about various theories that explained why the sweat stain / odor didn’t come out during cleaning and why they didn’t smell of detergent. Eventually, he took the coats back offended to "clean" them again. I could go for them the next day. Interestingly, the former sweat stain and odor disappeared and the coats flooded with the scent of laundry detergent. Of course, the employee continued to insist on his apparently lying position that he had cleaned them up before. However, the facts are stubborn things ... it would have been easier to admit that for the first time he forgot or for some reason didn’t peel off his coats, but instead he looks at the man as a fool and lies. His little mischief cost twice as much as parking fees and gasoline. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, but if someone did wander about getting lost in the TOP Clean at Shopmark and getting the old lady to be an employee, take a clean, very thorough look at the cleaned garment while still on the spot.
