The auxiliary water meter was replaced, but its sealing was not done properly (the wire was not threaded in the right place, I could have even removed the water meter). This was noticed locally, but with a ‘it will be good this way’ stand, they left it that way. I immediately sent a picture to the Waterworks to see if it was that good - they confirmed that it wasn’t right that way, call the mechanics back to connect properly. The response to the email in a week was that the mechanics would report - it was three weeks. They don't pick up the phone.
