Nagyvonalakban meg vagyok elégedve, nagyon kedves kiszolgálásban is volt már részem, de van 1-2 dolgozó, aki botrányosan bunkó.. Gombóccal a torkomban megyek be oda, h na vajon most milyen fogadtatásban lesz részem.. Babakocsival nem lehet felmenni az emeletre, a csomagok pedig csak ott átvehetőek. Ilyenkor hivatalosan szólni kell, és vki lehozza azt ill azokat. Szóltam, h nem tudok felmenni, mert még a lábamat is műtötték, olyan választ kaptam vissza, h azóta inkább már babakocsistul rohanok fel..

Disaster is the whole thing. We have become accustomed to not bringing in packages from abroad. But having to wait for hours on the street in the rain is already a bit much. It would alleviate the situation if I had to go to the local small post offices for the package and not have to drive 5km to pick up my shipment (the delivery of which was paid for by the sender). I once asked why they didn't bring it out, the answer was that it didn't fit in the postman's bag ... My suggestion: Maybe more employees should be hired. It would cost a lot of postage, as the fees for 10 neighborhoods could be slowly taken out by taxi.

An interesting service provider is one where the paid service (delivery) is not performed or even attempted. Everyone would be better off if they plowed the whole Hungarian post office and came instead of something operating on a market basis
