Parking is fine on weekdays, but what they do on the weekends is outrageous. 1000 HUF for parking, which is already one of the most expensive and for this reason there is a narrower parking lot at the beginning of the village, then on both sides of the road and finally on a grassy unpretentious plaque, where care must be taken not to wheel because the soil could not be worked. There is no toilet or trash in the grassy car park, it doesn’t seem to fit into the fee. There is no toilet in the parking lot in the village. There is a no-stop sign in the section in front of the village, yet they stop because they can't get anywhere else, even though it is forbidden, and according to the police officer there, they are occasionally punished. The village can't be said to be a tourist center, but it is about the fact that the EU subsidies, which are listed, and the parking fees of 4-500 thousand forints at the weekend, were only spent fencing a grassy arable land. It would be in their interest for motorists to stop at the right distance from the village and not on either side of the road, and they have already collected the necessary resources many times over.

In a completely understandable way, you can only enter the village with a permit, otherwise you can wait in this grassy car park. Fee (2020): 700 HUF / day, only in cash. Anyone arriving late in the morning on a summer weekend will only get a seat by the roadside for the same fee. Oddly enough, the police officer "knocks out" the car, and the procedure is like a presumption of intent to commit an offense ...

At the beginning of the small small village of Óbánya there is a parking lot. From here you can walk the valley a little longer, but you can't really stop anywhere else in the village.
