Great location, but practically unattended (when no events are taking place there). No fuel or any services, closest is a wineyard 100 m from the airport but that's also not always open (mostly during summer). Downtown Eger is a good 30 min walk to the left when you leave the airport area (or by taxi). Parking (aircraft) is on the grass in front of the hangars for 5000 HUF per day and there is no landing fee. Would come back again just for the scenery and the wines.

An occasional airspace permit would have required an airport permit, we already had all the other permits, we were just waiting for them, in the end they didn’t even apply. Airport operators are completely incompetent. This was in 2019, since then there has been a change of operator at the airport, and since then the situation has probably improved.

Apollo Sports Airport, flying day. The airport is located east of Eger on the Vécsey Valley Road to Noszvaj, following the Eger End sign on the hilltop to the right.
