Lake Tisza Ökocentrum

Unfortunately, the place is not prepared to handle larger number of visitors. Nice exhibitions, though. However, I expected much more, something like the Karlovac Aquatic Center. Okay, I got some response from the venue in the meantime. Let me give some positive feedback to take the edge off. The tanks are magnificient with beautiful sturgeons and other species. The glass tunnel is also very impressive. Can't help but mention that the air conditioning could be better. The staff is very friendly, the lady at the ticket office is very helpful and nice. The farmyard with goats and sheep is the ultimate place for young kids and adults, too. The animals don't come at you for food as agressively as the goats do at the Budapest zoo. You are allowed to feed and pet the animals. The donkeys are funny and cute. In case you are interested in the GPS boat trips you might want to secure your trip a couple days prior to your visit. A nice place altogether, however you had better avoid timeframes when many other people are also interested in the place. ;)

Great family outing. Very modern high-tech exhibits. Nice büfé and outside terrace café. GREAT GIFT SHOP with lovely, helpful lady!

Aquarium is the best place and it was very nice inside. But some animals like rabbits and goat shouldn't be in this place

Worth going to. They have different animals, most of them are in the yard. Plenty of fishes.
