OTP Bank

I approached them because of a problem with online payment. Since I can’t use my credit card in any webshop, I asked for their help, The clerk asked for my phone and credit card (which in principle doesn’t seem normal). He took the steps I did when setting up the telecode and declared that everything was fine. I tried to pay a phone bill with my credit card in front of my eyes and it didn’t work. The lady snapped that Telekom's system was at fault then. I told him that I went to 4 different Hungarian and foreign webshops that day, so the error is in the OTP system. He offered to either make a credit card for the account because he also has it and it works, or they will replace my existing card. That’s when I asked if he guaranteed that any solution would work? Of course, he didn’t guarantee it, since, as he said, he’s not an IT professional. Then I asked him to suggest a sure solution that would work as well. He replied indignantly that he had already suggested two solutions, but neither was good for me. About here I understood that he was probably not employed for his logical thinking ability and I am just wasting my time in this bank. That's how I got to try another bank, because common sense and well-being have gone a long way here.

I deposited money into an account. When I got the voucher, I said, "Thank you." The answer is nothing. Then I said, Goodbye! Answer again nothing. This shows the attitude of the agents towards the clients, not the TV commercials. I'm glad I no longer have a checking account here.
