The guy is rude and tries to cheat on people. I said we won't pay when he came up with some made up price (of course without saying first, before tasting this 30 ml of wine). Don't go there

I don't recomend this place for anyone. I went with 6 people there. When we wanted to pay, the "sir" mixed the list about what we drank. Everybody told him what we drank but he was not satisfied with it because he said that we drank more and we own more than 10 000 HUF. We drank about 3 liter wine and we paid more than 20 000 HUF. So he wanted that to pay about 30 000 HUF for 3 liter wine... When we didn't want to pay it he started to yelling with us... First of all, there weren't any price list and we didn't get any bill after the paying. The guy determin the prices by himself. Do not go there and do not buy there because the person is cheat there...

I wanted to make some wine tasting. Each time I asked about price, guy changed language to Hungarian which he knew I don’t speak. Then he tried to get money from me for about 20 ml of wine (500 huf). I’d pay that if he answer my question and tell the price at the beginning but he chose to act like a total scum. Also he act like topical old communist. I was there while ago. Guy tried to cheat on me + he is not a nice person. Strongly disadvice. What a terrible attitude

Very cozy wine house in the heart of Eger. The offer is huge. The staff is attentive and friendly. It always adds a little story to the wines on offer. You might want to come here and sip a glass or two of fine local wine 😀
