Romania English I bought a VW Passat for the company SC STASS CONTAINER & STEEL FACTORY SRL as administrator of this company and those from AutoXL refuse to refund the VAT even if I provided them with all the documents proving the administrator and his power in the company. I pay for the car in full even if EU intra-Community procurement laws say otherwise. Practically, they have not yet refunded the VAT amounts, although the car was registered in ROMANIA. For this abuse we will address the economic police and the judge for the finding. In this sense we have testimony all the discussions we had by e-mail. I do not recommend this company !!!
