Pick Pack exact pick-up location, the checkout lady did not pick up the package (dec.19) saying they have not been in the system for 2 months. On the side of the water courier, I ordered the delivery the night before, paid for it, printed it out, packed it, walked away, refused. It puts me and the addressee of the package in a costly, tiring and extremely uncomfortable situation who did not receive the requested thing for Christmas. Simply an unclassifiable attitude, I can’t find words for it. And they can't be reached by phone. I will signal to the service provider to remove it from the system and also to the operator, MOL.
