In such hard time I want to say thank you very much to these guys. Despite of crowded queues, everything was fast and safe. They have a lot of things to do under the pressure and risk but they are quite polite and friendly. For foreigners as well. My doctor Nagy Ágnes speaks English well and that was so supportive to understand each other and solve my problem. Thank you, Dr. Nagy. Yes, building itself need to be renovated but staff is very good.

Bad experience with emergency department as tourists, no english speakers except a doctor who suggested that 'this is an emergency department, you know, cardio issues, etc'. We decided to quit 'the hospital' without assistance, despite white green yellow red board is showing that a green issue, as ours was, has to be processed normally. This is not acceptable in Europe, nor in Russia or ex Soviet Countries we had such troubles.

I had very professional care both times when I got into the emergency department. They were kind to me and worked quickly when I was in line. Unfortunately, you have to wait a lot at specialist clinics for you to take your turn.

The telephone center is very helpful and helpful. The receptionist is also very polite and helpful in the surgical department!

A dog was bitten by a dog in Lake Tófalu today and was taken to the hospital by an ambulance. They let me go home at 9pm tonight ....
