Poor service overall. The doctor was uninterested. I heard nothing useful and my complaint about the service was totally ignored.

We had to go to the clinic in the hospital for the result of a blood sample taken on the basis of SZTK without an appointment, for which 22,000 forints were billed locally for the release of the finding as a control. I would never recommend it to anyone and anyone I might discourage from this place.

Request a blood test with a lovely lady, check mark. So far 5 stars. His chest switched to an X-ray of an arrogant, condescending lady. Specifically, he questioned why we wanted to ask for an appointment. It was then nicely and kindly informed that Covid had been around for 5-6 weeks and that due to the persistent chest pain we would like to see if there is any major trouble on the advice of the GP. He was outraged to send him to a Covid hospital and continued his teasing style (why wasn't he tested? Why is the GP stupid? Why isn't he lying inside? Etc ...) Well, that's enough. Fortunately, they were received elsewhere. This style is unacceptable in a private institution. I do not recommend to anyone!

I was aware of the prices when I asked for an appointment here, but I didn’t expect to have to pay the tens of thousands of visitation fees even if neither an examination nor a prescription was done. I also came for a check on the basis of a medical instruction, as it turned out that the doctor himself did not know why he called. Sure, your doctor will pick you up, but after such an experience, I’m sure I won’t recommend the place to anyone. I can see from the reviews that this is not a unique case. Unfortunately, chili furniture is not enough to keep (otherwise rightfully) dissatisfied patients there.

Demanding place. The doctor performing the examination was professionally prepared and explained everything in an understandable way. The ladies at the front desk and the assistant lady were also very kind.
