They seem helpful but they often forget to mention very important details, and they don't really understand if you don't want to buy the more expensive mobile package. I can't decide if they are incompetent or they just don't care.

Dear Telekom Board of Directors! A letter was received on January 5, 2021 from Magyar Telekom's headquarters in Budapest to my name at the address of Heves County tarnalelesz, where I used to live, now not, only my parents. On December 15, 2020, I was in one of the Telekom stores in Eger, where I indicated that I would terminate my existing subscription due to moving abroad. I have been a subscriber for more than 2 years. The November 2020 month was also paid out by check. I wanted to pay for December in the Telekom store, there is no way to do it there, the clerk said, and then a check will be sent, he told me. It is outrageous to correspond by mail! I have been living in another country since December 18, 2020. I also communicated this to the Telekom administrator in Eger on December 15, 2020, when I will leave the country. As of December 18, 2020, I do not have a Hungarian address, only Hungarian citizenship. The letter sent by Magyar Telekom to Tarnalelesz on January 5, 2021 was received by my parents. The letter was just read aloud, so it's not clear to me! The last monthly fee is not allowed to be paid by anyone in any of the Telekom stores, if someone cancels their subscription, it is awful, unacceptable! For me, they are already writing in vain to my former Hungarian addresses, which have already disappeared. And in their January letter, they announce in vain that my last share-based mobile account in December will be created for me after January 1, and they announce that I will transfer it to one of the bank accounts described. I would like to inform you that I have already canceled my OTP bank account around October 20, 2019, I have no bank account since then, I didn't want to! I object to the following: 1. In the Magyar Telekom store, if someone terminates their mobile subscription after a loyalty period, they cannot pay the last month in the store in person, on the day of my termination. 2. In vain they correspond by post with a person who canceled his subscription with Telekom on 15 December 2020 in the case of mobile and will move to England in 3 days, I indicated this in the Telekom store on 15 December. 3. At the beginning of December 2020, I requested the Declaration of Settlement form in the Hungarian Government Window, since I moved to England, both my Hungarian addresses, permanent and residence, also ceased to exist at that time. 4. I don't have a bank account and I don't think many mobile subscribers have it, it's offensive to ask me to transfer December in their January 2021 mail because it's simpler. I don't have a bank account! 5. I regret that Magyar Telekom does not send a reply letter electronically to anyone, including me, although Magyar Telekom cannot correspond with people moving abroad, only electronically, even in the form of an email. 6. I can't call Magyar Telekom customer service by phone from England and it would be expensive. 7. I write in vain in the form of an e-mail, as they give a reply for a minimum of 30 days. 8. What I very much complain about is that Magyar Telekom's customer service does not understand the subject of my complaint, that on 15 December 2020 the half-month was not allowed to settle, while I had already moved to England within a few days! Don't they understand that? 9. I could only pay in person for the December 2020 monthly fee, so I'm sorry! I would like to sue you, as you were not personally allowed to pay the last monthly fee in the Telekom store in Eger on December 15, but will be sent out in January. But to whom?
