Cherry Étterem & Kávézó

When I was in Eger I visited that place twice. For me it was good because it serves Hungarian dishes. For me staff is very good and helpful. Dishes are very tasty also.

With Eger providing such high standard of food, this place was really disappointing. We couldn't order what we wanted as they were out, the portion sizes of the food we did get were suitable for children. One plate had a hair in it. The chicken was stringy and bad quality. It's not worth the price. The staff were nice though. Overall, I would not recommend.

Stopped for lunch and had a great fruit soup, tasty beef stew and then a coffee. Good service.

Excellent Hungarian soups. We were in four persons here, I liked my main dish very much (tenderlion with mushroom sauce), others said they would give four stars, so 4 will it be.

Absolutely amazing restaurant. The food was delicious, staff very friendly,helpful. Also they speak English. Highly recommend this place.
