Very accommodating staff providing safe and top service after the lockdown. All staff wears a mask, everything is regular cleaned, tours of the hanging gardens and delicious food.

A GEM PROPERTY IN THE "GRAND HOTEL" CATEGORY, SETTLED IN A FORREST REGION ON THE NORTH-WEST OF HUNGARY The receptionist provided a great mini-suite with fantastic view to the manicured french garden. The wellness part has ton of saunas, large jacuzzi pool and relaxing benches. Restaurant all-inclusive menu has many choices. Overall experience was great...reasonable cost and unparalleled service...I would highly recommend it...

Spent our anniversary at the hotel. It was out second visit and the place was still amazed us. Beautiful hotel with gorgeous environment.

The location is great, the building is very nice. The spa is good. The disappointment was the food, both breakfast and dinner. I was expecting much more for the place and price.
