I used the service 1 time between Debrecen and Budapest airport. Despite the low rating there are some positive points to the service, with which I will start. Service is door to door. WiFi on board The evening before I received an email and text informing me I would be picked up at 705 and the driver indeed arrived at 705 and was friendly enough to come to reception to collect me. I arrived on time for my flight. Although not especially comfy the minibus was airconditioned and I had the back 3 seats to myself. However there were some negative aspects. Price was 9500HUF this is probably significantly cheaper than a private taxi I cannot compare it to other shuttle services but it is almost twice the cost of a flexible first class train ticket so I was expecting a good service, some aspects let it down here: the minibus smelt of cigarette smoke Seats not particularly comfy Ride felt quite bumpy even on the smooth new motorway. I also booked the service for a colleague arriving at Budapest in the evening, the pick up time meant that he had to wait an hour after getting through arrivals and the pick up was late and the journey further delayed by other pickups who were arriving on later flights. In conclusion a door to door service cheaper than hiring a car or taxi which based on my experience is reliable enough to get to airport in time. But a premium service it is not. The rating would have been higher had the price been lower or the vehicle comfort better. To would be customers I would recommend paying extra for another service for more comfort or taking the train which is much comfier and even taking into account travel time to and from train stations does not take much longer and is half the price.

I didn’t specifically use the service, I just want to tell you what happened to me today. This company brought a foreign student to the accommodation where we met. The guy noticed later (about 10 minutes) when the car was gone that his wallet was left in the car. I immediately called the company, who arrogantly replied that it would be good if we would honor this financially as the driver goes back home. I would indicate he returned to the building about 5 minutes after the conversation. Yet what is it like that if someone forgets you or leaves something in the car, they think it will be returned for money? Outrageous!

The company is very bad. I did not explain that it was a common taxi and was pulled over for transport work at the house. They told me it was different when I asked her to do it the night before. The reason for this is that customers from the airport have priority. I waited for two passengers at the airport for an hour and had to be patient to drop them from the airport. There was no previous explanation for the other passengers to connect. This is a terrible company. Of course, I declined the peaceful refund. I'm glad I chose this form of travel. It's important for me to get things done in advance. It still happened here. Announcement, departure, arrival all happened exactly. I'm upset at maximum. I can only recommend. Thank you for the quality !!
