Because he left again at 6 pm on the 23rd of December, of course no one is available. by the time of the fourth call we reach someone who is about 300km in. He told me in two minutes that there is no sign in town x.In 20 minutes there was a net.But they don't see it in the center there. - 8 January: no longer from dawn (6 am). 17: 30. approx. 12 o'clock. -January 13: 18:00 on January 14 until 7:30 in the morning. 13.5 hours. There’s also no problem with something maybe creping in. It happens. The problem is with others. 1; Since November 2019, these problems have been occurring on a weekly basis. I know that I am the paying customer, but I still have the inconvenience of having to make phone calls several times a week. 2; the service provider has a website on which they are unable to post a damn two-line message, so we apologize for this and that, it is expected that the existence of the service is uncertain so far and so far. 3; it is still absurd that nothing is detected inside the center until the customer signal, but someone who is competent in the matter can tell from 300km in less than two minutes that there is really no signal in x places ... 4; if you now magically endure this month without any error, we still keep that at least 20% of the month is service free. Of course, the bill will remain for 30 days. After so much loading, the minimum would be that it was okay, there was a lot of inconvenience, we only send out a half-monthly bill as compensation. I would give me minus 5 stars for this olád service. Battles disappear inside the stutter or not. This is called a service. THIS IS *! However, the invoice can be sent out in time with the full amount of the compensation for the deficiencies and nowhere !!!!
