Kind, courteous customer reception, thorough, all-encompassing information. It was good to come in.

Administration is slow, I did not receive the ordered product for days, despite the fact that the sms were sent on receipt of the package. Every day they called me back and they had to queue for hours, one of the clerks went out and the other mum talked to a customer that she was bored by the third and looked at the machine so the administration was Zero!
