A Taxi Eger

A small taxi company working without a dispatcher. In 10 minutes there is the promise of a taxi = in half an hour there is nothing anywhere and during that time the phone will not even be picked up. Sorry, you can't enter zero ...

The taxi should have arrived at a pre-ordered time. I called after a 5 minute delay and the dispatcher informed me that the driver was on his way but there was a slight delay. After another 5 minutes, the dispatcher called that the taxi would not even arrive. Without waiting for my answer, he slammed the phone on me, and I stood there with a cake for kindergarten graduation in my hand at 30 degrees, waiting for a group of small children. I have never met such a timeless, substandard, unreliable service provider. I would not recommend it to anyone.

My tiny grievance that made me look at the other reviews dwarfs the responses to the complaints. I don’t know who the good man at the very low level of the degree of civilization may be, from whose pen these feedbacks come, but that he is unaware of how a service works is also certain. My dear, this is not a carpooling service where you can re-evaluate or recommend a passenger. Here, in the midst of frequent apologies, you need to assure the recipient of your service that the inconvenience described will not happen again in the future. But do you really have to learn this here and now?

Even though one calls them, they didn’t come out after waiting 20 minutes, and then they picked up other passengers before our eyes.

I highly recommend it. From Eger to Egerszalok it was almost 5 thousand forints. The driver phoned the road all the way and wasn't dug in. Just cash payment, no bill and the clock was spinning very fast. There are better prices in Budapest 😁
