I am not fun of OTP but the service is very good

The date obtained is usually adhered to.

The administration is terrible, they often don't even know what to do. They are also strong in unnecessary paperwork.

It is almost impossible to cancel an account, they want to give dates for different days, referring to all kinds of things. While I managed to fight for an administrator and waited for many, the interlocutor was in charge of her personal phone. I would not think this is permissible in working hours, especially if customers are waiting. There are also client-free tables as shown in the picture, the agent is very bored. Update. 06/11/2019 I arrived (would have been), it was busy 1 week before, and then I will go back in half an hour because I don't get it. Joke...

It's terribly depressing.
