We wanted to get my child-nose-throat on order with my child ... we know from experience it's hard there, it wouldn't even be a problem. I called there to ask for an appointment, they said: I don't have to. There was no order at first, this was not said over the phone. We tried again in two days, were told an appointment should be requested. Then the assistant working in audiology, in an unqualified style, condescendingly, arrogantly (asking outside the reception what the complaint was ... but he didn't listen, he was tied to my word) that the doctor would come at 10 o'clock ) if I think I'll try, but it won't accept anyway. Out of humanity, helpfulness is a big zero for the above mentioned lady!
