Very nice place. The wellness was not so clean, but the food was excellent. Domestic dishes.

Foreign guests enjoy priority unfortunately. Their money is definitely worth more ....

We left very disappointed. The wellness is open from 15:00 to 19:00, which is not ideal at all for those who do not spend their days in the Villa. There was not much storage in the rooms, we stored our clothes on the floor in the suitcase, there was nothing in the bathroom either, we had to store our toiletries on the floor there as well. Installing shelves in the bathroom is not a huge amount, yet it would greatly improve the guests ’sense of comfort. Bed linen and towels were heavily used and breakfast was not exactly a lasting experience either.

My partner and I spent 3 nights here. We did not use the wellness department this time, so I cannot comment on it, but we were perfectly satisfied in all other respects. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful and very delicious. We enjoyed the balcony separately, we sat out there for a lot of tea. :) The people working there were also kind and polite. We had a great time and we will definitely be happy to choose this accommodation at other times as well.

As you said on the phone, you were misled by double occupying the rooms in question (which is not allowed in a hotel with such a long history) and not by an event outside of you (eg fire, burglary, etc.). position. If I, as a guest, had done the same on the day of arrival, you would probably have paid for some of the booked accommodation with me. Unfortunately, neither your website nor the accommodation confirmation describes the conditions of the booking, ie what happens if the accommodation provider or the guest cancels the accommodation on the day of arrival - this is a major consumer protection shortcoming.
