Hotel Experience

Kind service, baby friendly patient staff. Room, low equipped, clean despite mold. Many closets, there is air conditioning. Wellness area is enjoyable, a bit chlorinated but clean. Breakfast is delicious, plentiful, you can't wish for anything else. Dinner is edible, but a bit canteen. Overall, we had a good time, the room would need some renovation.

We have been going for a long time in the summer to relax for 2-3 days. This was the 13th hotel. We chose it because of the reviews and price / value ratio on szallas.hu, although it was not so cheap either. Accessibility is quite funny: you have to drive over a dilapidated wooden bridge over the Bán stream, and then the "road" leads next to a waist-long weed. Parking is available after all. The accommodation was in the attic above the "wellness". Room 14 (there are 12, no 13). It can be reached by slightly narrow stairs. The 18m2 room is a lie. 12-13 with a good temper together with the bath. Two tesco economy beds, 1 tiny puff, 1 tiny table, a loud fridge, 1 CRT non-functioning TV, a closet (brand new) and a split air conditioner. Okay, we've seen better, not really worse. We basically like hiking and trekking. We unloaded, went down to the "wellness". We wanted to try the jacuzzi because of the cold water in the pool. We turned on the experience part, the people inside escaped, they said they’d rather come out because what’s going to be there comes up with a chemotherapy. Indeed. He started bubbling and foaming like a disc washing machine while washing. In addition, the disinfectant started with the effervescence and irritated the nose. Quickly get out and head to sauna. Oops, the one and a half correct infrared goes, but we prefer a Finnish sauna, it's bigger, but it's cold, it wasn't turned on later, even though the hostel wasn't empty. Then go to the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Lots and lots of stairs to get there, but the view from there is amazing. Water is cold, jacuzzi in part, but it doesn't matter because it didn't work either. Dinner: upon arrival there was an agreement on what we would like from the A / B menu. A little unsalted, but that's okay. Place is already cultured. Service is fast, water was put in a jug on request. The wines requested for dinner were delicious. Walk through the village and then rest in the evening. The room is a bit noisy. We turned off the climate, it was still noisy. Refrigerator!! We turned it off right now. We tried to fall asleep, but some monotonous roar, constantly plastering the plasterboard wall at the head. I thought the air conditioning might be outdoor .. I searched the wall, roof but couldn't find it. Next to us is a room with a massage label. That's where the noise came from. There was no reception. The night was a nightmare. We complained in the morning, they were not surprised. The solution came later: a boiler is there and then shut down for the night. It happened at 10:30, we were silenced by the sound of the ripples of the stream, so we could rest. Breakfast: we are not in high demand, we lived well after all, but the selection is quite small. It was not gluten and lactose free. Not whole wheat either. Staff for us were mixed, they were kind and less so. A cockroach greeted us on arrival, I trampled that when we went home, it was still there. I don't understand those who thought it was order and cleanliness, if someone did this cleanliness ... After all, of course. No food and drink, no program recommendations, no brochures. There is room for improvement.

This "hotel" is scandalous !!! 😠 Who knows from afar avoid it !! When we arrived, the "lovely" reception lady started by saying that the wellness department was in a different building than our room, telling us where to go "let me not have to go down to show you ..." Out of the hotel, into another gate, walk down ... well it wasn't the sight as in the pictures. Anyway back to the "lovely" lady ... I booked 2 rooms, a double bed and a twin bed. Answer: "so I have no idea what beds are in these rooms" "He was willing to accompany us here," I think he was curious. Yes! 😠Another room with a double bed, which is about 30-35cm from the ground with the lying surface. please pay today! "WHAT'S IT ?! We were tired anyway, it must be good. We unpack in the rooms and look around. The bathroom has a sink cracked, the toilet board is rotten, the tiles in the shower are clean of mold and the glass door can't be closed. so that the water does not come out of the shower r.Menu optional dinner we go down ... we get the soup from the "nice" receptionist.Where is the waitress? 🤔 Don’t even look for them because there isn’t. The soup is inedible! Then the main dish will definitely be good ..., well no .... it's awful, it doesn't matter the dessert just works (cottage cheese pancakes with vanilla sauce), the cottage cheese is full of raisins (a lot of people don't like raisins) I was able to eat this, yeah. would have asked for a Dreher for food because they say he has, "don't be angry, but sold out," no problem to bring Heineken. Breakfast buffet ... 3 types of cold cuts, scrambled eggs, which are baked with pieces of ham (not everyone eats this way), baked in Debrecen, 2 types of cheese, vegetables ... well, if this is a buffet selection, I haven't been to good hotels so far. In the morning you like to drink a good coffee. And that's just a filter, wet s.ar! Entering the wellness, a mysterious steam with a temperature of 29 degrees inside, let's go for a jacuzzi. The sand at the bottom of the jacuzzi is dirty with water ... we prefer to skip it. Swimming pool was acceptable !!! 2nd dinner, soup inedible ... Main course, catfish inedible, chicken once edible ... dessert "chestnut chalice" ( chestnut puree), but this could not be spoiled. Let's drink ... we know Dreher we don't ask Heineken ... "Don't be mad out of stock" ... they went to you ¶csá .... the wellness area is closed because the jacuzzi is bad. Is that why all wellness is closed? YES! Neither swimming nor saunaing in the salt room can be used due to a bad jacuzzi! Congratulations! Anyway let's go home ... reception: "I want to pay for consumption?" - Not really, but it doesn't matter. Let's check it out okay, but we're already taking off the use of the robe, because we couldn't even use it (2nd receptionist manages to solve it). Answer: Nothing, that's how they went, we don't know what to do with this! ... All right, described in the customer's book! I managed to add it here after 3 minutes of tearing! We will forward it for consumer protection! SO MUCH ABOUT THIS GREAT ACCOMMODATION !!! I would take 4 of the 3 stars !!!

The Hotel can be described in one word: Catastrophe

We arrived to the hotel for New Year's Eve with my partner. Apart from the staff and the delicious lunch and dinner, it was only a negative experience !! The first thing was the little parking space !!! it was very cold in your bathroom !!! The buffet was incomplete with tea, the bread selections were almost nothing !!!
