I read the reviews before we booked the accommodation. Pretty much everyone was happy with everything. After that we went to them with a calm heart for 3 days 2 nights rest. In retrospect, I say that we may have had the "honor" of getting the worst room. Or are the ground floor rooms out of order? Or maybe because we bought the accommodation on a coupon site? Two small couches were pushed together and then a larger mattress of one size was laid. When we sit on the edge of the bed, we slide off it. It was also uncomfortable to sleep on it for 2 nights. The TV is protected against theft in a ridiculous way, surrounded by a large thick chain. Despite several hoops and chains, the shower curtain does not reach the floor, so it does not catch water when showering. In addition to these, it was surprising - we haven’t seen it anywhere else - that breakfast doesn’t come with coffee (any), if you want to drink, you have to pay for it. Each of the above was discussed by a different guest - when we settled the bill when we left, he was also waiting with us to leave. Poor receptionist lady listened to our complaint, but unfortunately she didn’t know what to say. I asked if there might be a guestbook in which I would write this, but he gave a negative answer. The work of the receptionist ladies is worthy of all recognition, because in one person she is responsible for the reception, the breakfast / dinner, the installation of the bowling alley - and who knows why, because we have only experienced this. And even with all this work, they are very kind, helpful.
