To renew my license, which expired on November 14, I requested an appointment by phone three weeks before the expiration. The time received was Nov.11, 9.00. On the advice of my GP, I initiated an amendment so that I would not lose one year of validity. The new date for the telephone consultation was Nov. 16, 9.00. I showed up at the Document Office today, waited for the date, and since they didn't call me, the answer to my question was that I didn't have 11 or today and I don't have a date. What kind of records are kept and why can't I inquire on the phone because it is permanently busy or temporarily unavailable !?

I went on time, they did everything with maximum flexibility in 10 minutes, also what made me have to go again in a few days.

Rejects Hardly available. No date will be issued in person. They are not available on multiple phone attempts.

It is impossible to ask for an appointment. . .
