Nice apartments, nice panorama, nice small harbor, use of boats for no additional fee, close to the city...great family place, clean and spacious, relaxed atmosphere...

Location close to the beach (Viviera beach). There is certainly necessary to build a pavement for visitors, as the way to the beach is on a road. Apartments are totally new, clean inside, window screens agains mosquitos in every room. View from a balcony is nice, Balaton ahead. Beds are really good + absolutelly clean bed-sheets!👍 Kitchen equipment ok, but missing salt/sugar/pepper/oil for basic cooking. Dislike: really noisy night music from a near-by club (Friday, Saturday nights), until 1-2AM!

We came for a family vacation for a few days, but we extended it for another day right at the beginning. Very attractive, well-designed, thoughtfully designed buildings. Even though the lake shore is a few meters away, there is no bloody wall carved with mosquitoes, there is a net everywhere, air conditioning. The furniture is new, beautiful, not overused, which is disgusting to lie in. Separate wifi in every room, well-equipped kitchen, small wooden house for storing fishing stuff, free speedboat, can I list more? 😊 Excellent panorama of Lake Balaton, well-maintained environment. The city beach is a few minutes walk, really close. Which is negative, but the place can’t make it: no fish. Supposedly a little further away and inside the boat, but there are no fish from the shore, no float, no feeder. None. The other negative, which is also not the fault of the landlords, is the disco in the immediate vicinity. I think that the more demanding Hungarian guests are already predominant on Lake Balaton, not the stupid children who are screaming until dawn, so the similarly noisy places should be smoothly removed from the resorts. It wasn’t good that the disco (or whatever it was) played the same rhythm from Saturday night to Sunday morning at 4 p.m. There is no place for such a thing, not least because the guests of the accommodation also came from small, cultured families with small children. We never experienced drunkenness or bloating at the accommodation, which is very positive. Overall, the place is excellent, I couldn’t say anything wrong they could make, we were completely satisfied with everything.

Newly built apartment houses on the shores of Lake Balaton, near the city center, with 16 1-room + living room apartments. Extremely kind staff. Excellent services. Everything is available for anglers to relax. Boat with electric motor, separate storage room for fishing equipment in a separate wooden house, fish peeling room for processing prey ... I recommend it with good heart not only to anglers!
