I am a good customer of Dr. Padlo, but it annoys me that you can't make a complaint after buying it. Nobody comes and takes care of the customer's request. My guarantee has expired although I asked the person responsible several times before it expired to come to me, I was put off from week to week. I would pay for the repair, but no one comes. I will try again now and hope that an editorial team will come after this letter. An angry customer
