Park Inn by Radisson Hotel and Spa Zalakaros

The hotel is a great place to stay in case you have children. The staff is helpful and kind when you need something. They even manage all kind of dietary needs. The place has direct access to the Zalakaros bath, where you could have fun inside or outside.

We had a good time at here for one night. Nice and clean room, very kind staff and professional behaviour. The wellness is free of charge but very busy. The food is alright nothing special, the breakfast is the usual "intercontinental"... But hey, best hotel around here!!!

Great food, great personnel, the rooms were modern and clean, the aquapark, hot tubs and wellness was reasonable, we enjoyed our stay!

It wasn't the 4 star experience I expected. The food was good. This hotel is great if you go with kids or if you go on weekdays. It was extremely loud over the weekend. The kids area is next to the bar as well so ... There is no quiet place to go to. hard to switch off. The extra bed we got to the room pretty much broke my lower back. I literally have hard time walking now. That should not have happened in a 4 star place. Not that it should happen anywhere.....The spa is lovely and the room other wise was ok but I wouldn't come back.
