We filled out the form that said a booklet had to be presented OR a medical certificate (so they don’t know their own rules), I went back with the booklet, this time without my husband, by the time it turned out he needed it too, but I told him to take care of it. because of the above, we also discussed sending your documents by email. Then they told me that the form THEY GIVEN to fill in was not good, and then if I filled in the correct one I testified, I would go back to THIRD as well. You have to take a 3 day free because the bank worker can’t handle that much and give the right information. Oh, and a lot didn't fit in the mouth of the clerk to apologize for the inconvenience. Oh the other is that the wretched bank card cannot be sent out on offer, and if it is lost in the mail, I should go into the bank for the new card (one more day), which will be issued within 5-15 days, according to the phone information for free, then they will deduct 8 thousand HUF ... yeah, and if I need cash until then, I can pick it up at the bank branch, but of course it's not free ...

In Hungary, OTP is actively working to make this place an uninhabitable cesspool! If someone works, how can you pay at the checkout if it closes at two in the afternoon? Eight of them are pushing the machines there. Why is it so complicated to switch if someone wants to use the cash register to pay in and out? This applies to other accounts anyway, not just this, scandal!

Expensive bank, but at least the administration is slow ... Compared to the Budapest bank, they are lagging behind for light years.

The telephone support is outrageously misplaced, I called on behalf of my mother, they do not accept a power of attorney, they ask her for the phone (even though she does not know the smart bank), I tell the "lady" to give it a second to point it to the phone !!! Let's call him again, he denies having talked to him even though I remembered his name and got to know his voice. The 70 year old is only willing to talk about smart bank because he is the account holder! It doesn't work very much anywhere else !!! We were in the bank personally, they don't know why the entry failed, interesting !! Worst bank for otp!
