As for the Conciliation Board, that one star is also a lot, unfortunately it is not possible to give zero. At the hearing, the council was biased towards the complainant, they had already spoken in front of the room before the hearing, and the behavior of one member was below criticism due to his frustration. Their recommendation, made in the absence of a statement of submission, is teeming with disregard for industry legislation. Which presumably they also know, because after more than a year, the matter is not listed on the website as an unfulfilled recommendation.
