OTP is one of the most expensive banking service providers. In comparison, e.g. their premium banking service is worth nothing. With minimal financial knowledge, anyone can find a better investment than what is otherwise recommended by kind but uninformed clerks. They are also significantly more favorable on the market than their basic account package. Worth to know!

I would have appreciated it if not a piece of paper glued to the door informed me that the account had been open for 5 months a month instead of the 18 hours indicated online.

I have a lot of good experiences. I just came over from Erste Bank, because the central administration is uncritical.

A hat sucks. I waited 1 hour for a simple card pick-up. Half of the 26 counters are empty. I didn't expect my turn to be the card if it's up to me to rot this lice in OTP. Avoid, take your money to MKB instead. Even if it's more expensive. My time is the most precious.
