I bought a tv from he staff said they would call us the next day to pick it up as it was not in stock. We waited all day for a call and nothing came. We called10+ times to see if the tv was in and nobody answered the phone. We finally went there at 7:30pm the shop was dead and there was 4 staff so I don't no why they didn't answer the phone. The tv was there and we took it home. A week later we went again it was quiet and there was 4 staff at the pay station and one girl on the shop floor who was wrapping a fridge. I wanted to buy a portable hard drive but there was no one on the shop floor to answer any questions. We went to the pay station and asked them to help they said to look for someone in the tv section. There was no one there so we asked the girl wrapping the fridge who was very nice but it was not her department, so she went to the pay station and asked them to help again. They said they would be over in a minute. A few minutes went by and a guy turned up. If you want to sell any items then you should have more people on the shop floor to answer questions.
