Well-assembled workouts, cheerful team, no guaranteed muscle fever;) :) I recommend it to anyone who wants to gain strength and lose weight.

In the spring of 2016, I met István and kettlebells. Already after the first workout, I felt like it was going to be different than what I’ve done so far. Workouts are fast-paced, fun, move enough, and there’s always a twist in it that makes it special, so workouts are never boring. I can only recommend everyone to come and give it a try.
