I waited from 8 to 12 in the morning to take the rail off my hand, I arrived early and one by one everyone who came after me was called and treated. I understand that there are patients who need to be cared for urgently, I just don’t understand that if I have been waiting 8 hours in the morning to be called in to get rid of the rail on my hand, what a personal right to be called by someone of the same age as me a person with a problem who arrived hours after me? Why did I have to wait 4 hours to take off a bandage? If I get out of a fire late to put it out, I and my staff will be held accountable, or if the doctor goes to the restaurant and the food he ordered only comes out after 4 hours, I hope he doesn’t dare get upset about it. So let's introduce some sort of numbering system, because I'm bored that I'm still sitting here and the 7th person who came after me 2 hours later is already going in .... But let's applaud them because they persevere during this difficult period .... of course. .

I find it disgusting that even after hours of phone traffic and phone number redirection, I couldn’t reach the one I wanted. All phone numbers are unavailable or not picked up, even if they pick up the phone laughing in the background. It's all disgusting. My sick mother is lying weakly at home after a stroke and I can't catch up with her doctor ... I'm very angry!
