Pécs TV Tower

A decapitated mid sized tower with a mediocre observatory deck. Don't accept cards, NOT worth the trip. Better off stopping at other scenic Hill sides.

View is amazing. Easy to find the place and parking place as well.

The place is absolutely beautiful and simply amazing. Located at the highest point of the city of Pécs, making going up to the tower will be a lot of fun. You have to pay for 1100 HUF to go up. They have a direct bus here from the Pécs central train station 5 times a day. But you can walk from the tourism area Tettye Hill for adventurous experience. You will also crossing the camping ground and the Zoo near this tower. Recommended to go at daylight because at night there will be not much to do.

28th Dec 2020. Found the place closed yet from the internet it was supposed to be open. Maybe they closed because of Christmas.
