Incompetent clerks and branch manager! Helpfulness, benevolence is zero. "I'll give you my mobile number, but don't call me" !! This is how they communicate. Never come here again! I do not recommend!

In 40 minutes, 1 out of 3 clerks work. The other two avoid the eyes of a growing number of customers. Many get tired of waiting and leave. Dear Management, You don't come here to warm up!

No one is in the bank and they are having a nice, loud conversation while the customer is waiting. We're here for a quarter of an hour. Nothing is happening. Customer management for some.

I went to the Gödöllő branch yesterday for identification. I didn't have to wait two minutes and called. I got to a very nice administrator, Laura Juhász. Profin helped with identification, and even solved my netbank problem. Thank You Thank You :) Star Five!
