Gerbert is corrupt and most of the judges
Amazing slowness, moaning.
Information: 2 out of 10. (and, of course, outrageous if you want to know what the next step is, what to expect, and how long - at least in order of magnitude.).
And it’s just 2 because it’s the other statutory requirement, not because officials say the goal is to keep things going smoothly.
It only took four rounds of correspondence to start dealing with their case at all:
1) "does not belong to us,
2) but "still belongs to us",
3) send a stamp and
4) send the following information and copies of documents ".
The letters ran for 1 week, the announcements they sent ran with a lead time of 30 days, and then they were completed and growing by August. the decision was reached by the end of.
Of course, August is anyway a walk - like in any other profession (yeah no) - and because of the excellent work they deserve so much of a month’s rest. I hope they also give millions of bonuses to executives (or not.)!
Then: two more months are told: "the decision has not yet become final", of course there is no information about it, only after the 100th phone someone takes the fatigue and asks for the file number and tells me to wait. How much? How long? X. While the secretary writes the letter. The Honorable Secretary is all capital, insidious, as she is alpha and omega. Another issue is that you are unable / unwilling to do your job efficiently and / or overwhelmed.
During Naade, hundreds of thousands of forints swim away every month because they are unable to correspond with the Ministry of the Interior and the municipal clerks about a case without questions and contradictions - which is clear, all the data is available.
Hungary is performing better!
True, it’s not the office system, because it’s a bunch of idiots, with dilettantes and over-thinking, smart people who HATE what they’re doing and put on from a height what’s wrong with the other person.
It is no coincidence that I like Mikszáth's works. I'm just sorry it's not fiction.
It would be good if I did not herd a man like a sheep here.
From abroad it gives the image of the disturbing communist heritage.
More than a sense of justice, a sense of terror.
The tragedy of social existence is quite fundamental, which I can show sensually through an example. Given a college boy who is not a villain who has lost all human nature, he does not even have anything more negative personality traits than any of his peers. Still, this boy is tempted by the opportunity to make easy money and tries to take hard drugs across the border where he is caught. What can we do in this case? If we do not stop the spread of drug use, it can create conditions to which even the darkest centuries of the Middle Ages have provided relative security and tranquility to those who lived at the time. On the other hand, it is also heartbreaking to deprive the human being in front of us, in whose place we might be, of his freedom. Of course, it’s easy to leave the “dirty work” to others, to wait for the institutions to protect us, and then to hit them where we can only do it in our own weakness. From this, however, even destinies like that of a university student will be produced again and again, because by the very essence of social existence they must be produced.
All this does not mean that what we find around us today in this part of the world is as necessary as it is. It is enough to look at the Scandinavian countries to see how much we could change the social fabric around us, even in relation to them. The social welfare system can be improved so that no one is forced to face the law due to the unsatisfaction of their basic needs. (Even basic needs include the creation of an aesthetic living environment.) The prison system can be improved so that imprisonment is not the same as life crippling. It is possible to improve the judiciary so that imprisonment is actually applied only where and to the extent that it seems inevitable, above all, for the individual. Moreover, as Hungary is a barbaric country, it would be a sign of progress here if the police did not gather evidence to convict those they immediately suspected, discarding anything that would justify these individuals on charges, but do what they expect. from him and would try to reconstruct what happened by gathering the available information.
And if we get this far, we can even move on to a level that not even Scandinavian societies have reached. At this stage of development, we need to rewrite quite basic cultural axioms. One such axiom is that people, even if they are not culturally equal, are of equal value. Instead, one must accept the fact that a gentle and passionate girl or a sensitive and intellectual young man should be treated differently than a bull-necked, sneaky beast, and not only because of the differences in their danger, but also because of their human quality in themselves. . One such axiom is that the law must be obeyed in all cases. Instead, it should be noted that the law, as a rough and rigid template, can never, by its very nature, be suitable for a fair treatment of many relevant life situations, for which those with the human and social knowledge (wisdom bearers) on which moral judgment is based may prove better. Or even such an axiom is that the act must be responded to along with the consequences of the act, and say, if someone steals a battery from a railway signaling device, they should be sentenced to six months of suspended prison or eight years of imprisonment, depending on the cost of the act. will be for the railway company or a mass mishap.
